Return Policy

Free returns are available for all orders within 30 days of shipping, provided the return conditions specified below are met. 

1. If you are not satisfied with a product, the product may be returned for a 50% refund (excluding shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a one-time 100% store credit refund (excluding shipping cost) to be used to repurchase the products on www.leoptique.com.
2. If you return a product for manufacturing defect within the thirty (30) days warranty period, it will be replaced at no charge.  Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Shipping Policy

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.  Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. 

All shipping times commence after three to 3-5 business day production period.  The production of progressive or bifocal lenses, transition and tinted lenses will take longer time, up to 5-7 business days from the date your payment is confirmed.

When you place an order, you have the choice of different shipping methods.  The standard shipping will take  7-15  business days, and the express shipping will reach you in 3-7  business days.

Shipping costs will be adjusted based on the order amount and product weight.
